Are you Australia’s Coolest Company?

Coolest Companies

All the other “best employers” lists we’ve seen in Australia are mostly filled with big companies like Google. JobAdvisor (part of Search Party family) is determined to do better. Their Australia’s Coolest Companies competition aims to uncover home-grown gems who have a great story to tell (regardless of the size of their voice!) and to help them tell it.

Last year’s search focused on the tech sector and unearthed heaps of innovative companies including Coolest Tech Company winner Envato, a marketplace provider of digital products created by a 4+ million global community of creative professionals.

Here’s a full list of last year’s finalists.

2015 Australia’s Coolest Tech Company & Coolest Company for Women

Australia’s coolest companies are killing it in their market, have an awesome product, offer a game changing service, have a unique culture, provide unprecedented benefits to employees and/or have an office to die for.

But this year is not just about tech companies – JobAdvisor also wants to find Australia’s Coolest Company for Women. “Cool for women” means companies who actively support equal opportunities, foster friendly working environments for women and have female employees who are proud to work there.

Why you should enter your company

Other than bragging rights for you and your employees, getting a top spot means exposure on both JobAdvisor and Search Party blogs, email and social media as well as press coverage of the winners. And don’t forget the long term benefit you can claim when new employees approach you.
